Standing water in a finished basement doesn't wait for a convenient appointment slot — our crews handle hydrostatic pressure, wall seepage, and failed sump systems on a same-day basis.

Four commitments that separate a properly trained basement waterproofing crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.
Our crews are licensed and insured specifically for below-grade water intrusion work, not general handyman repairs dressed up as waterproofing.
Our regional units carry sump pumps, extraction gear, and injection resin on the truck so the first visit can also be the fix, not just the estimate.
Pricing is broken down by system component — drain tile, sump basin, discharge line — so you know exactly what you're paying for.
We run a full perimeter moisture survey before recommending interior drain tile, exterior excavation, or a combination approach.
Each service below is scoped specifically to basement waterproofing, not a generic waterproofing menu with the name swapped in.
We core the slab along the interior perimeter, set perforated drain tile in washed gravel, and tie the discharge into a sealed sump basin sized for your water table. Every basin includes a check valve and a sealed lid to keep radon and moisture from re-entering the finished space.
We relieve that pressure at the source with a combination of interior weep systems and, where grading allows, exterior drainage correction. Left unaddressed, hydrostatic pressure doesn't just cause seepage — it can bow block walls over time.
Non-structural cracks under an eighth of an inch typically respond well to polyurethane injection, which expands to fill the full depth of the crack and stays flexible as the foundation moves seasonally. We photograph and log every crack before and after treatment for your records.
A primary sump pump that fails silently during a storm is the single most common cause of preventable basement flooding we see. Some clients add a cellular notification module so they get an alert on their phone, not just a beeping alarm in an empty house.
Even a basement without active leaks can push enough vapor through concrete to feed mold growth behind finished walls over time.
No ambiguity about what happens next once you call about basement seepage.
Describe what you're seeing — standing water, a damp wall, a musty smell — and dispatch pulls the nearest available crew with the right equipment already loaded.
Trucks are stocked with moisture meters, wall cameras, injection resin, and basic extraction gear, so the diagnostic visit rarely turns into a second trip just to bring equipment.
Quotes are itemized by system component so you can approve exactly the scope you want, nothing bundled in without your sign-off.
Work isn't considered complete until the specific intrusion point that brought you to call is verifiably resolved — we don't close the ticket on hope.
Real feedback from Chattanooga-area customers who called us for basement waterproofing.
"Had about two inches of standing water after a spring storm and they had a sump basin and drain tile section installed the same week. Zero water since."
"The wall camera inspection actually showed us where the crack was letting water through — nobody had ever bothered to look that closely before."
"Battery backup pump saved us during a power outage last winter. Would've been a flooded finished basement otherwise."
"Quote matched the final invoice exactly, no surprise line items when the crew opened up the wall."
